You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it meets the following conditions:

The item remains in its original condition and is suitable for resale;
The item includes all original packaging, tags, accessories, and free gifts (if applicable);
Valid order information or proof of purchase is provided.
Returns are generally not accepted in the following cases:
The 30-day return period has expired;
The item shows obvious signs of wear, washing, alteration, or customer-inflicted damage;
Damage caused by personal misuse;
Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (where applicable).

II. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if the item you received meets the following criteria:

You received the wrong item;
The item was damaged during shipping;
The size or color does not match the order details (subject to verification).
To request an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item and provide:

Photos of the item;

If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size selection), please contact us first to check stock availability. If the desired item is in stock, we will arrange the exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

III. Return Application Process
Please follow these steps to request a return:

Reason for return;

We will review your return request within 1–2 business days and reply via email with the outcome and return instructions.

IV. Return Address
Please do not return items directly without prior confirmation.

V. Refund Processing
We will inspect the returned item(s) upon receipt.
If the return meets the refund criteria, we will complete the refund review within 2 business days.
Upon approval:
The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 3 business days;
The actual time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment provider.
The refund amount covers only the cost of the eligible item(s); shipping fees or other charges may be non-refundable, subject to applicable laws.

VI. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues, incorrect items shipped, or damage during transit, Satellite Common LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size selection, color preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless otherwise required by law).

VII. Refund Failures or Issues
If you have not received your refund after a significant period, please take the following steps:

If you still have not received the refund, please contact us, and we will assist you in further verification and resolution.

VIII. Order Cancellation
You may contact us to request an order cancellation if the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.
If the cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days and return the payment to your original account within 3 business days of the refund review completion.
If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
